acs365 Terms & Conditions – Full Terms of Use for the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between acs365 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and our users ("you", "your"). By accessing our services through the acs365 website, mobile application, or any other channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. If wagering requirements are not fulfilled, only the original deposit may be withdrawable; bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.

If fraud or a breach of rules is suspected, acs365 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation. Funds may remain on hold until the investigation is complete.

General Terms & Conditions for acs365 Bonuses & Promotions:

• Each bonus applies only to eligible account holders.
• The same bonus may not be claimed more than once.
• To receive the welcome bonus, a bonus code must be used on your first deposit (where applicable).
• A specified wagering amount must be completed before a bonus can be withdrawn, typically 20–40 times the deposit.
• Bonus funds may be restricted to certain games.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days.

• In live betting, only bets accepted after the decision is finalised will be considered valid.

If a typographical error or obvious mistake appears in the odds, acs365 reserves the right to void the bet or correct it to the accurate odds. acs365's decision in such matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on acs365:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account with false information.
• Abusing the bonus system or bonus hunting.
• Betting using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to hack the system or exploit security vulnerabilities.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources (money laundering).
• Affiliate fraud or commission manipulation.

Acs365 may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification is not completed.
• If fraud is suspected.
• If proof of being a minor is found.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• Upon instruction from law enforcement authorities.

Users may also request account closure at any time. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid funds will be provided before the account is closed (provided no rule violations are present).

A maintenance fee of BDT 100 per month or 10% of the balance (whichever is lower) may apply to inactive accounts after 3 months.
